Yesterday I ordered five- six kurtas from Pahenava collective. After i made the payment I got confirmation of the order but I am not getting status of my order. Today I checked but the website doesn't exist. I found it on Instagram (it was a sponsor add) . I have shopped for 1434/- Please help me get it back

Same has happened with me. I ordered the dresses 2 weeks back. But no contact from the seller.. and after making the payment now it shows that the website does not exists. Please help

I had a similar incident. I did have my doubts but the price was too low so I thought I'd give it a try. They keep changing their website address. I've sent them many mails and have received no response in return. I don't know how to make a formal complaint against this Bhanubhai Laljibhai. If anyone knows please guide me with the procedure.
