Hi, I Tanu Kesarwani would like to get register my complaint against "the Royal couture " As the products that I received are entirely different and low quality from the products that I had ordered online,for which they had taken the amount of Rs 2515.

I have been trying the website contact number but no one is responding, I had also sent mail twice regarding the problem also not getting my mail reply.

This is something which is called cheating and fraud done by these people.

The dresses image and receipt of cash payment that I ordered are attached in this complaint

Kindly find the enclosures attached. Either refund my amount or replace the wrong products with original ordered dresses.

Please do the needful and Revert as early as possible as I had also filed the complain against this in consumer forum of Surat .
