I was paid Rs. 1900/- on Jan 2017, and submit all the necessary documents to the reliance store at pratap vihar ghaziabad for close this this number. But now after 7 months i informed by the Reliance care that the number ia continue in using and there is some pending bill also approx Rs. 1700/-.
Note. 1. When I submit all the documents to close the number then why the process is not completed? 2. If the number is still in working then why there ia no any communication like invoice per month is generated and send it to me? 3. If I already pay the amount at that time then who is responsible to pay this 1700 in favour of pending bill?
