I am victim of online fraud on 24 jun17. On 24 Jun, my relative got call from naukribiz.com mob number 9953937611, they offered job interview with samsung electronics company, and asked to pay fee online on naukribiz.com
We visited site they were giving instructions over phone we clicked on pay 1000, next page opened , page belongs to payment gateway named payworldindia , on that page we filled credit card details as card number, expiry date, cvv and password ipin, immediately i received sms as 1000 debited. After 1 min i received 10000 debited, again after 1 min 9000 debited again 4000 debited. I felt they copied my card details, i have immediately changed password. Called Citibank to block card. Called this naukribiz guy on above number, he told not to worry, they will refund. But after follow up next day , they started to talk rudely, also not picking phone.
But after 3 days these txn was showing in unbilled txns statement. I again contacted bank, Then bank told to contact police.
Now these fraud criminals cheating lot of job seekers and spending all money available in card.
These criminals roaming freely.
Please take action immediately so I will get refund, also similar people who got cheated will get money refunded. Waiting for reply.
