I received a call from +919517441764 saying,
My credit-card redeem points are expiring and i should convert them into cash.
She said, she will convert the Redeem points in to cash and add them to my credit-card.
she asked for my date-of birth, unaware, i have given her the details thinking it is a verification requirement.
and the expiry date of the credit card, i told her the details thinking , it is required to do the process of redeem points to card.
She then asked my 16 digit number, at this point i got suspicious and asked why?
i asked her, she must have all the details of me there, why she is asking all this?
she tried to tell, it is part of process and only done through IVR.
when i was not convinced , she started yelling and hung up the call.
I blocked the card immediately.
they have half of the details,i do not want to take any chances.
