I bought an Item from NAAPTOL recently and soon after the Item was ordered, I am getting a call from an Unknown Number +917654744453 that I have WON TATA SAFARI on a DIAMOND CONTEST worth 12.85 Lakhs. He gave two options either the Money transferred to Bank Account or the CAR is delivered to me. But I have to pay 12600 as Service Charges and he gave his SBI bank account no: 20408320156 in the Name of MR. RAJKISHORE SINGH ( IFSC: SBIN0012580). When I inquired with Naaptol CustomerCare, they advised that this is a FAKE call and to Ignore. I will ignore this but the complaint is, How NAAPTOL can reveal the customer personal details to someone?. I feel threatened now because the FRAUD caller has all my details. I have seen many such incidents happening from NAAPTOL and HomeShop 18 Customers and their target is mainly the housewifes who watch TV and order something. Can this be looked in to seriously by the Cyber Police to address the issue? Thanks in Advance.
