I placed an order for bag combos worth Rs Rs 3078/- from the company named the fashions hub situated in surat on 20/07/2017 through whatsapp. I have placed this order over the whatsapp with a person named AKASH PARMAR who introduced himself as a sales person of this company.but after receiving the payment he stopped answering my messages and not answering my phone call, However on 31/07/2017 I received a call from Anil Kumar stating that he is the owner of the company and has sent my order via indian post and he sent the counter receipt of the parcel. I received the parcel on 09/08/2017 but I received defected pieces of clothes, Since then neither Anil nor Akash is answering my phone and they hav blocked me on their whatsapp as well.
Kindly don't order anything from these frauds and also seems like there are many no of people involved in this...
Also How do I file a police complaint against these people.
