On March 1st, I ordered Kurtis from Online Site named Fashion Fandaa. On ordering the kurtis i immediately made the payment online thru my ICICI Bank Credit Card. On making the payment I got msg of transaction done to Fx Mart Pvt.Ltd. Rs.478.00. After making payment I didnt get any order confirmation from online site fashion fandaa that my order is booked. I was not delivered order also till date. Later I checked about online frauds and saw banking frauds made by FX Mart P.Ltd. then I realise that the Online Co was fraud.
Kindly help for refunding the amount of Rs.478.00
