I got a call from this company promoting offers and free gifts. They asked to purchase one combo product against which they offered some free gifts. After purchasing a combo product of Rs1299 they didn't sent me any receipt or any transaction message, neither I received any call regarding purchase confirmation or free gift, nor any product delivery update. I tried calling customer care for past 3 days and they are very rude. They disconnected my phone without any response. Please help me in getting my money back.
