This company having website Electrapp of owner Satinder Gupta and Associates having office in Green Park Extension and residence in Palam Vihar has taken money online from us in Feb 2021 for iPhone 12 but neither the phone came to us and nor this company refunded the money.
When asked for refund they always gave some or the other excuse that the portal is slow , Razor pay portal is taking time. After waiting for 3/4 months we started complaining to Police with all records this company had sent us. But nothing happened till date. Police Stations when handed over the complaints try to ward off their jurisdictions by sending it to other Police stations.
So we need your help if action can be taken against this company and we can get our refund.
