I placed an order with theroyalcouture.com after seeing their advertisement on facebook with order no. TRC10228 worth INR 2591with cash on delivery option. What they send me was something totally different and very cheap quality and not the thing i ordered. I made a paytm payment to the delivery boy with txn id 13967608046. I have been trying to contact the seller ever since, but the phone no provided by them is not working, neither they are replying to my emails of facebook messages. The phone no. Provided on their facebook page is a wrong no. They have cheated me and many other out of our money. Please help us with getting pit money back
