This Flarial enterprise is after looting money only. They provided pwd and username for login, but could not. When I told them they told that it will work. Now they are harassing me asking for money over phone and mail. Don't pay any money to them. Lot of people are suffering for them. Everyday they are telling that 'pay the money within one or two days ". They are trying to get the money anyhow, by threatening the people.

नमस्कार मित्रों,
मेरे पास 3अगस्त को एक श्रेया टंडेल नाम की लड़की की कॉल आई। उसने मुझे flarial enterprise के बारे में बताया। उसने मुझे बताया कि सिर्फ 10दिन के काम के बदले 22500रुपए मिलेंगे। कोई ज्यादा कठिन काम नहीं है , home based CAPTCHA filling job है। उसने demo दिखाने के बहाने मुझसे मेरा आधार कार्ड और सिग्नेचर ले लिया। मुझे work अच्छा लगा तो मैंने काम करने के लिए अनुमति दे दी।
उसने मुझे company की term and condition के नाम पर सिर्फ इतना बताया की, 1. आपको 10000 captcha 10दिन में पूरे करने होंगे। 2.आपको एक captcha के बदले कंपनी 2.25पैसे देगी। इस तरह 10000 captcha के बदले 22500रुपए कंपनी आपको 10दिन का work पूरा करने के बाद देगी।
- अगर आपका काम 10दिन में पूरा नहीं हो पाता है तो ऐसी condition में आपको 4800रुपए देने होंगे।
- अगर आपका काम कम से कम 90% शुद्धता के साथ पूरा नहीं होता है, तो भी आपको 4800रुपए देने होंगे।
पर उसने ये नहीं बताया कि अगर काम गलतियां ज्यादा हुई तो कंपनी कुछ भी नहीं देगी।
इन सब के बाद एक 100रुपए का नोटरी गैर न्यायिक कागजात मेरे पास email के जरिए भेज देते है। शुरुआत में ये लोग कहते है कि आपकी हर कदम पर मदद की जाएगी।
पर एक बार ID CREATE होने के बाद ये लोग ना तो email का reply करते है। और ना ही calls रिसीव करते है।
पूरे 10दिन मेहनत से काम करवाने के बाद email पर notice भेज देते है।
उस notice में लिखा होता है... This is to inform you that, we legal department of Flarial Enterprie has received your case, and we found that your agreement has been terminated from our client end. Now, we have verified your case and found that you have breached the clause of an agreement. As per an Indian Contract Act 1872 you have signed an agreement and if you don't make payment for losses then section 17 shall be imposed on you. We are serious for our client Infinity loss of their work. Now, you need to pay an amount . As per an Indian Penal Code section 420 shall be imposed on you if you abscond from the situation. Now, you don't pay that amount what our client is demanding for then, you need to pay double amount and legal notice will be issued to you. Still, you fail to pay this amount then, we will call you here for legal proceedings.
Section 45 of Coercion act shall be imposed on you, if you try to coerce our client. Our client is sole proprietor and if you don't follow any of our advice then, Arbitrary Act as per an article 14 shall imposed on you. Court will select an Arbitrator and at that time you might need to pay Rs. 50000/- for total loss. We want you to cooperate with our client. Please make payment as early as possible.

I got some information regarding this online form filling data typing jobs main culprit nitesh khawani that, already FIR had registered against this Nitesh khawani in Jalgaon Maharashtra by a lady student. And Jalgaon session court rejected nitesh khawani' bail application. This is the main evidence that he is genuinely doing a fraud in all over india and taking money from evry poor students by giving fake fabricating court notice, fake Advocate notice and threatening to file civil or criminal suit if we refused to pay money to that data typing companies. Jalgaon session court already proved that nitesh khawani has got catches in such criminal activities. I request you to take action against this person. He also harassed me for money and threatening me to finish me my carrier.
