They have contacted me thru Whatsapp and i gave them my voter id nd they generate some email id and password on my name They gave me the work of form filling and they agreed to pay me for it. I started their work but suddenly i got ill nd got hospitalised and wasn't able to complete their work. Then on 27 aug 22 i got messge on Whatsapp about legal notice in which it was mentioned that i did breech of contract nd will get sued for it if I didn't pay the penalty. I got scared as i m with my mom that time and call on that number to ask how much money i have to pay. Firstly he said 6910 rs and when i pay that he demanded 34500 rs and threatened me about the legal actions. I paid that amount also. After sometime he again called me and ask for more money approx 15594 final amount. I paid that also so thatno legal action can taken. After these payments he send me some Noc letter of agreement termination. Then on 2 sep i got another msg from some random number that is summon from Delhi court. When i asked about that the person again started legally harassing me for get sued. He again asked for money to close thematter he asked approx 20500 rs to pay and then he will issue me the closure of agreement docs. But again like always he called and told me about so many legal charges and asked for more money i.e, 15500 rs. i plead him that I don't have more money left with me then he told borrow from other but we need it. I paid this all amount and he told he will issue letter at 12 pm nxt day. And today around 12 pm he msg me and asked me to call him. I cant able to call him normally as his no is not valid. I called him on Whatsapp and again he told me to pay some aGST clearance amount 16700rs. And that time i decided i will not pay anymore money. I blocked that both the numbers from which i got the notice nd summon but i am still worried. Pls file complain about it and help me.
These guys scammed me with approx rs 93000. Guys don't believe them
