I ordered a dress from https://theroyalcouture.com and i got a junk dress which is poor in quality, not even the color or design matching the one i ordered.

  (whatsapp number is also fraud)

I dont want the product. But no way to claim return product.

I send continuous mails. no reply. COD option i had chosen. Still order is showing us unfullfilled.

It is a fraud site and so many people have lost their money.

Please take immediate action to stop this illegality.
