As there was a front page advertisment in Gujarat smasher for 50% discount on a purchase of more than 5000 rs on hypermarket kart, I ordered on the app for a amount of 4472. Recently I got a notification form the app saying to ask for refund on Payu money. I don't think this app is authorized. I have not been assured of either the products ordered or the refund.

I have also been duped by this fraud company. Their email and phone nos are not reachable!!

I too have been cheated by hyper kart we did purchases of Rs5375.The worst thing is that I also shared the ad with my family and friends.Actually,the main reason of this big fraud was our reliability on TOI. Otherwise we would have never placed an order. Infact such ads break the trust that we have build with TOI. Would just like to have the reply that how can we get our money back fast. Kavita

ordered groceries on Hypermarketkart website for Rs.5000 and nothing has got delivered yet. The advertisement came on Times of India newspaper with flat 50% discount so didn’t see any reason to not trust. Money is deducted and now i am struggling. Phone no given on the website is switched off and no reply on email ID despite multiple queries.
Seems somebody has cheated so openly the entire nation.
Is there any way out to catch hold of these people so that they don't cheat others ??

We placed order and paid rs.3463/- on 10/09/17 after reading Times India Ad where Hypermarket kart was providing 50% discount on all grocery orders . We are influenced by Times of India ad considering truthfulness of the AD as it was published in such a reputed newspaper.

Yes, it is a fraudulent website. Neither police nor cyber compliants are supporting this case. I heard from them that it should be atleast 50k to lodge a compliant.
