On 11th July 2017, I received a call from an executive (Name : Ayaan Khan) who claimed to be working for Tripto Hotel and told me that they had an offer scheme where in if I paid a sum of Rs.11,666/- I would get a trip anywhere in India among their selected destinations for 4 nights and 5 days for 4 adults and 2 children. He also told me that I will get a free Laptop (Lenovo).
I opted for an EMI payment scheme and as Mr. Ayaan was guiding me on how to make the payment using my debit card while he was on call with me, the full payment was made using PayU money payment gateway.
Mr. Ayaan from Tripto Hotel told me that I will receive a complete refund of the entire payment made and it will get converted into EMI. I have received a payment confirmation since then from PayU money but have no information from Tripto Hotel.
When I tried calling them, they never gave me any update and instead kept fooling me telling me to call different numbers, which when I tried were again to no avail.
I am also attaching the email conversation as well as Payment confirmation for PayU money gateway. I have been cheated of a sum of Rs. 11,666/- Its my humble request to you to look in this matter and kindly revoke my money back to my account as well as catch hold of these thugs who are literally looting people in broad daylight, So that no other consumer is cheated by these kind of false schemes by this bogus company Tripto Hotel.

Feel sorry for all the guys who fell pray to this scam. How can you possibly believe an offer like that for such a discounted price? I got calls from some guy called Rohit Sharma.
Get a truecaller app installed on your mobile, it really helps.
