So the situation is i am from nepal i ordered shoes from an online shop and made payment via my brother who is in india. And i did payment but after payment i neither have recieverd my order nor they reply my message rather they have blocked in social platform. The instagram page said me that i will recieve my order in 4 days but i havent yet and also blocked me on social media. I got frauded so i need your help. Their store location is:
