Fraud on the name of health insurance

I got a call and purchased two medical policy on 27/1/2018 for the amount of 29980/- and 20,900, for which I was about to get all documents and products but I have not received and wanted to inform on correction in name for which I sent mail on support@welnessindia but that is already blocked and Himanshu Desai keeps telling that he will send me money and do NEFT in my account but nothing is happening guys please help me to get the money back because for that I broke my FD and payed the amount where my father is already asthma patient and mother is breast cancer patient. Please help dear team

Dear Team, Please take strict action against this fraudsters they just send some amount in our account and keep telling we will transfer today by evening and that never comes, I got call from Pankaj he said to remove the complaint then we will transfer the amount and stating that he transferred some of 16000/-, in my account and asked me to remove complaint then only he will transfer me my remaining amount of INR 34000/-, I keep calling Pankaj and wellnes India customer care number which they never receive and not even transferring the money, I have refused to receive the parcel they sent on my address but they are like until we receive it here we will not transfer the amount, for which I confirmed with DTDC courier they said it have already been sent back and they have received it but not repaying the amount, I have found many people's who are asking for repayment of their money and this guy's are not replying them also, I would request Cyber crime team to take strict action against this company and people like Himanshu Desai, Pankaj who give false commitment to people's and grab money from them please help me to get my money back, As my dad is in coma and declared Brain dead and is on ventilator for which I need money so that could make him survive as much as I can please team help me because this people are not answering my calls and just messaging that they are busy and will call back but they never do. Please help me.

Dear Team, I received call from Pankaj that he have processed for NEFT transfer of INR 4,200/- and which I have already Received in my account and also Committed me that By Monday or Tuesday he would transfer the remaining INR 30,000/- in my account. Thanks team for Your support

Dear Team, As per my last post Mr. Pankaj have transferred me 4200/- in my account and committed me that will transfer the remaining amount of INR 34000/- by Monday or Tuesday but when I called him on Monday he gave me a new excuse that he have sent mail to Paytm and they will send money in 7-10 working days for which I told him then why did you said you would transfer the amount then any how I was trying to get in touch with the owner of the company when I called on number no one received then after an hour I received call named as Paramjeet he said he is the owner of wellnesindia insurance and spoke to me I told him every thing happened with me he said dont worry we will transfer as I receive the parcel I tracked the parcel and confirmed with DTDC guy who have booked the parcel to sent at my address he said it is received by them i informed pankaj that it is already reached the office where you people's book and that person said come and take it from office, then Mr. Paramjeet said that Money is not with us and it is Paytm Gateway they have a protocol to follow and the amount will be transferred after 7-10 days, I Confirmed with Paytm they said it is already credited to PS Solutions as they are their registered Merchantiser and the amount of 16000 and 4400 i received from the same company account, and now yesterday when I spoke to pankaj and cleared with him he said ok will transfer in 2 days and now Mr. Paramjeet also not receiving my calls. Yesterday also he said was busy in some pooja and will call me by 3-3.30 pm but he din call and today he is not receiving my calls. Kindly look into this matter dear team I am just keeping you people's updated with their behavior, help me to get my money back.

Hello Snehal,

PAYTM is just a medium of this fraud company, PARAMJEET is the head of this fraud company name PS Solutions in Tilak Nagar shown on Website. We called Paytm to find out the company address we are the buyers .. after requesting so much. a friend of mine working in Paytm said they cant take actions on this company you have to do police report in Delhi. PS Solution the fraud company address is 17/11A Tilak Nagar Delhi. Right Now they frauding with the name Wellnesindia before they are frauding with HealthManttra. Please i request you to report. dont talk to them they are the fraud persons we should have to report and drag them to jail. Please i am also a victim of this company. they will not give your money back. They are the biggest fraudsters.

Hello Ashok ji, I was very tensed today and got angry coz I am unable to treat my father and was calling pankaj from yesterday as Mr. Paramjeet was not reachable but pankaj din turn up then called on wellnes india customer care and dropped them a message to inform pankaj to call back but they din reply, so today morning was lot stressed and tensed for money so called paramjeet and pankaj no one was trying and then called on wellnes india customer care and got hyper and angry on them and the other second got a call from pankaj stating y did u abused them i told him sir try to understand m facing so much problem now hospital authority is also saying they will turn off ventilator if i dont pay the dues he said the time which I said in that only it will come, i asked them to cancel the policy on 6th and he said with in 7-10 days will receive my money but today is 12th day still din receive single penny, then spoke to Mr.Paramjeet he said I understand and but should not speak that way for that I apologize to him, he said the time what is said it will take that much time but he committed me to transfer 10,000/- in my account by today evening. Hope he does that . Please cyber crime team help me to get the money back so that I could treat my father.

Dear Team, As per my previous post I informed you that Mr.paramjeet from wellnesindia insurance have committed me to pay INR 10,000/- and last night messaged me that third party transfer is done with transaction ID, I received message from my bank that INR 10,000/- amount got credited to my account, now only INR 20,000/- is remaining which he said will transfer me on Tuesday. I just informed you so that it will be easy for you to understand and everything will be Cristal clear as I dont want single penny extra just need the amount what I paid, so that can treat my father properly. Thank you cyber crime team.

Dear Team, As per my last post Mr. Paramjeet was supposed to transfer the remaining Amount of INR 20000/- on tuesday but he Did not received my calls then on Wednesday his phone was switched off then called Pankaj he said will transfer it tomorrow so I called him today morning but he din receive the call then called Mr. Paramjeet he said he was in punjab and will reach delhi today evening then will transfer funds but then spoke to pankaj he said will transfer funds by today afternoon but still I have not received any amount now I am calling him but he is not re driving my calls nor replying my messages, I just want to settle hospital bill and take him to AIIMS hospital delhi for further treatment as there are best neurologist doctors and Mr. Paramjeet only suggested me that hospital after knowing my father's condition hope as he said that he will transfer funds by tomorrow he does that so can treat my father properly, Please team help me with this Refund as early as possible.

More than 2month completed. But this people are not ready to refund my money. Mr pankaj is saying issue Kya hay. Bhai Medical policy bolkay kuch aur do gay tho issue nai Hay kya Upper say u people put on hold for long time and after that u disconnectin the call.

Last week for your company they ill take actions
