I need money. So I apply for instant loan at Reliance Finance Limited (https://reliancefinserv.com).
Mr. Amit Kumar Singh (adhar no. 3843-8294-9509 & pan no. CLAPS4594Q) contact me and collect my documents on WhatsApp (7605832084). And he assured me that my loan of Rs. 1.5 lac was approved send me approval letter also but I have to pay Rs. 5,500/- as processing fee. For that he send me bank details of Reliance Finance Limited (message attached as attachment). I paid such amount. I have received message "Dear Surjith singh Rajput , Your application for Personal Loan and loan amount 150000 be approved by Reliance Finance Ltd. Your loan security fee Rs9,999 " And Then Mr. Pradeep Singh (Employee I'd no. 20679) on behalf of Amit Singh contact me on same number and asked to pay such amount when I regret then he assured me of my loan and send his identity card( attached with this mail) and also send aadhar cards and pan card of Mr. Amit after my request. I believed him and paid. Then he send me my loan draft cheque copy and asked to To pay Rs. 14,500/- as agreement amount. I paid.
Then I have received a message "Your a/c no. XXXXXXXX8331 is credited by Rs1,99,000 on 14-04-20 by a/c linked to mobile 6XXXXXX976-Yes bazaz (RTGS Ref no 003412366082).But no Apply Your a/c GST GST Apply So must% Rs,24500 deposit This payment Refend After 10Minute From SBI" And Mr. Pradeep asked me to pay such GST amount I refused but he believes me that it's mandatory so I paid.
Then his senior contact me and asked me to pay Rs. 17,500/- as Insurance amount but after my objection and refuse of payment, Mr. Amit said that plz pay Rs. 12,500/- and I will pay Rs. 5,000/- in cash and you will return after you got loan. I believed and paid.
Then after some time he contact me and asked that my bank is saving a/c so fund regret to transfer and return for that need to pay Rs. 9,600/- for NOC and then after no amount will be asked for pay and your loan amount will be transferred in your a/c. If it's not credited or company asked to pay other amount I will challenged company and proceed your all amount for refund. I again believed, arrange fund and paid.
Then he assured me that my loan amount will be credited in my a/c till today 10:30AM. But when no amount credited in my a/c I again call him he said wait for 30 min. After 30 min. He said same then I contact him again after 2-3hours, I have received message "Your a/c no. XXXXXXXX8331 is credited by Rs 2,47,600 on 16-04-20 by a/c linked to mobile 6XXXXXX976- Reliance Finance Limited (RTGS Ref no 003412366082).But no Apply Your a/c NOC income tax your account saving your amount hold your account verification charge Apply So must% Rs,21600 deposit This payment Refend total payment Rs 2,47,600 After 10Minute From SBI" Then he said that I have to pay Rs. 21,600/more.
I already paid RS. 91,699/- (5,500 +9,999 + 14,500 + 14,500 +10,000+ 7,500+ 5,000 + 9,600 + 5,600 + 5,000 + 4,500) but no amount credited in my a/c
I paid such amount in my saving and take some loan from my friend. I was in trouble now. Please help and refund my amount.
