Got a call from 8750152021 for SBI credit card verification. She was verifying all details. She asked for reward redeem as it can expire soon.She did transaction for Rs 8105 against Jimmiwalls Enterprise. I have blocked my card and asked SBI to return back money. How come they got my card information correctly and what is authentication to go with SBI anymore.i want my money back

The same episode happened with me with my SBI credit card. They did the same transaction of Rs 8105 on my credit card against Jimmiwalls enterprise. However I did not share the OTP with them and the transaction did not happen. Hence I would request people to be vigilant enough not to share those OTP passwords with anyone and not to entertain those kind of spam calls. I would also request SBI to enhance the security controls so that the hackers fail to obtain the card related information on their own.

its very irresponsible leaked our card details from SBI Bank.

I got a call from 9971534703 and lady was talking very nice. It struck me when I was giving her wrong details but still she could correct it. I gave her wrong OTP and told her that I am educated enough not to get onto this kind of trap. Thank you.

Same was happened to me . But I didn't share my otp . But doubt is how do got all details about my card I already given complaint to SBI CARD CUSTOMER CARE But nothing happened I'm frequently getting fraud and promotion calls

I had received a call from a person who introduced me as calling from SBI credit dept.
He said SBI will provide 30% flat discount on all the purchases you do using SBI credit card except purchases made at petrol bunks. To avail the discount, we need to confirm few details over call for authentication. He asked me to confirm my phone number and my name in IVR. But he already had my address details and card#. Then heasked me to confirm my credit number and 3 digit CVV number over IVR. I said this is a personal information and cannot be shared and moreover SBI will never ask for credit details. He then said he is not calling from SBI and they are associated with SBI and would be providing 30% discount on behalf of SBI. I lost 8000 by sharing OTP to same company.
I dont know how these people got my card and other details.

Today, I received call from 8448454150 and 8750094364. The y asked me in the same way for Jimmiwall enterprises. I did't have sufficient funds so it is declined. After that I cross checked and came to know that it is fraud. So I am out of danger.

SBI credit card Fake Discount calls
Hi All,
I had received a call from a lady who introduced me as Reema calling from SBI credit dept. She said SBI bank has stopped giving reward points on their credit cards because most of the people does not know how to redeem the reward points.
Instead SBI has introduced new way of rewarding the customers. She said SBI will provide 30% flat discount on all the purchases you do using SBI credit card except purchases made at petrol bunks. To avail the discount, we need to confirm few details over call for authentication. She asked me to confirm my phone number and my name in IVR. Then she asked me to confirm my credit number and 3 digit CVV number over IVR. I said this is a personal information and cannot be shared and moreover SBI will never ask for credit details. She then said she is not calling from SBI and they are associated with SBI and would be providing 30% discount on behalf of SBI. One of colleague lost 8099 by sharing OTP to same company.
Friends beware and make others aware of this. This seems a new trick to fool people in the name of discount.

Hi All,
As I checked the statement of transactions found this suspicious business in the list.
It is unsafe to use the SBI Card. There is lack of Information security, Personally Identifiable Information(PII) in using SBI.
Please don’t trust SBI.

Hi All,
I had received a call from a lady who exactly knew i got a new card and it has to be activated for the first time . she told once activated i will be get the reward points in as part on the bill . Then she connected to IVR and got some info from the card.
When i check from the number . The number is registered by name Rahul Credit card division .
I suddenly started getting message from Paytm , mobikwik and Jio money regarding the transaction
Got a call from SBI credit card division and blocked the card .
We cannot trust SBI credit card , the personal information and the activated state was leaked
No trust on SBI cards.
