Sir I have watch an add on OLX of Apple I phone 5s which I have deal in 8000 rs .The seller have send me the paytm no to send the half payment and remaining on delivery .I have send all the money in his paytm account. When he shows me the courier parcell and reciept an gave me the no of courier boy .the courier have to deliver me yesterday at 12 o clock but didn't get I have call the courier boy so many time but he is asking me the money 5000 to his paytm account i have transfer 600 in his paytm account but now he is not receiving my call please help me.
