hi on 22nd july i receives message of transaction of 1730 usd dollor on my card .i immediately reported issue to cixti bank customer care and blocked my card. today again 10995 RUB transaction was being tried on my card i called customer care for same and asked then to take action and track. but some how i have feeling that citi bank customer care is notmuch bother about this issueand they are not willing to track transaction and catch the culprit. i need help for same.
