Sir/Madam, On 17 Jul 18 at around 10:00am, I received a call from a unknown mobile number(+919732796098) on my bank registered mobile number. The fraudlent was saying that he is from SBI and calling for verification of Aadhar card number linked with bank account. Further he told me that you will receive a official message on your registered mobile number(+919855858476) from SBI with a OTP which you have to tell us for completion of verification. Promptly i received a message from BX-ATMSBI showing the use of my Debit card for purchase worth Rs.24998.0 on POS 504492078002019 at AIRTELMONEY txn# 093417. I get shocked as my bank account get debited with an amount of Rs.24998.0. You are requested to register my complaint against this fraud transaction. I request you to look into this matter as soon as possible and kindly cancel this transaction so that i can get refund my hard earned money back.
