Respected sir,on 31st august 2017,morning 8,there was two fraud online transection from my hdfc bank debit card total of rs 22050. For the transection,i did not get the OTP or message of deduction on my registered mobile no.even i did not get message of deduction on my registered mail id. The next day 1st september,I hv put FIR in electronic city police station.and given the fir copy to bank.till today 8 september 2017 i did not get solution from bank.my amount is not credited back.bank is telling they will investigate on this and will take 7 working days to come to conclusion. Sir,please help me to get back the amount rs 22050 soon. I have attached the FIR copy here.
