I have given online order in club factory against three products for amount of Rs. 3958. 39 on 24.11.2017. I have received the product on today through post office. My order no. is SO8051924. When I open the packet I show that they have send me old used materials. To return my product I have contact the no mentioned in the packet (00919435743781) they advised me to visit a site www.complaintindia. com where I have found a another phone no. 07370807079 . Accordingly I contact in the phone no, for a long time the person from another side talk with me regarding refund of my money. At that time I have received a massage, the person told me to give me the code mentioned in the massage. Inadvertently I have given them OTP no. and for an amount of Rs 4500.00 is again deducted from my account. Sir/Madam I want to inform you that club factory is a fraud company. Please take necessary action against them.
