I received a phone call from +91 7970414537 at 10:08 AM today (26 Jul 17) saying the following:-

- That my PayTM account was blocked due to KYV not being updated.

- That an SMS has been forwarded to my number and I need to click the link forwarded. The SMS originated from VM-IPAYTM and said the following:-

"Save yourself from fraud: NEVER set a pass word suggested by anyone. Reset password link: https://a.p-y.tm/vhno2uj2g9gibkf (Do not forward this to anyone)"

Suspicious that the call came from an ordinary mobile number and the persons way of speaking I kept him engaged. However, he soon realised that I am not falling into the trap and abused profusely in choicest Hindi and hung up.

Would request the cell to investigate into this.
