Yeasterday my husband got a call from a person named Pawar Deepak Bajarang after we giving an Ad in OLX regarding our home in rental page. This guy called me and said he is working in CISF and got transfer to Thiruvanathapuram Airport and want to shift from 28th Feb 2023 and he is coming from Guwati. I checked with him through whats up witout seeing hiw can he decide to take an house that too in kerala. He said he is ok with the photos shared in the websit OLX. Thn he was so restless to make the payment and said advance will be paid by central government and monthly rent he will pay. So for the central government that is army to make the payment he aaid we should open our mobile banking and they will send you some request we have tonaccept that then the money will be forwarded. Luckily we discussed this matter with our Bank manager and he said hundred percentage this is fraud.
Meanwhile we have send him the agreement draft with our PAN CARD and AADAR card numbers.
