i received phone call from the +917053122793 today, saying that they are calling from ICICI bank credit card division. the reward points i have got on credit card transactions have matured and have been converted into cash back.
they ask for details like date of birth and card expiry date then when you give that, they say your card is not registered on some payback website and ask for card number. i got same kind of call yesterday from another number saying they are from AMEX.
today when i told the lady that i m submitting this number she started abusing me. kindly register this complain and take necessary action.
