My VISA debit card number ending with 8186. I had not initiated any online purchase transaction with the company "moonfrog labs* nor keyed in any OTP number in my mobile. Contacted Google help team on the same day (27/03/2018) but they simply expressed regrets. I have blocked my debit card to stop further frauds. Please help in getting refund
