I would like to share my concern and complaint regarding three unauthorized transactions using my Citibank debit card ending with 6604 on 23rd Aug, 2017. First transaction for Rs 50.85 happened at 17.29 hours at GRAYSONLINE COM LI and the same was refunded back at 17.29 hours only. Next transaction for Rs 26734.49 happened at 17.29 hours at GRAYSONLINE COM LI. Then the third transaction happened for Rs 7347.15 at R AND S P PTY LIMITED WA at 17.46 hours.   Despite my complaint call that was made at 17.36 hours, the card was not blacked immediately and meanwhile the third transaction took place.
