I made a payment of 500/- to google adwords through payumoney using my debit card . The amount deducted but transaction failed. I requested the seller to refund. After that the amount 5000/-, 4000/-, 800/-, also got deducted from my bank account. My details and account have been hacked through payumoney page where i made a payment of only 500/- which also failed. Total amount frauded 10,300/-

Hey Atharv
The amount still has not been refunded to me.
But u have to take these steps immediately:
* block your debit/credit card
* register a complaint in your bank branch, keep zerox copy of the same with you.
* register a complaint on customer care (your bank)
* if your state has facility to file online cyber crime complaint, DO IT
Bank are liable to give a solution within 30 days,
You have to file complaint within 3 days of fraud
