On 19 th morning I got 4 unauthorised transaction from telstra prepaid pl in as AUD 180 twice and AUD 70.Then when I checked online it was Australian currency equal to 25000 indian rupees. I called sbi customer care.funny thing is next day sbi has charged currency converting charge for each transaction and GST for each transaction.I totally lost 26000 indian rupees. I send mail to chargeback@sbicard.com. and called customer care.I am basically from low income group.I can't pay such high amount.hope cyber crime and sbi higher officials look into the issue.I am in mental stress.I have sent the screen shot and transaction dispute form too.pls take action against these fraudulent telstra prepaid and retrieve my money.please
