This is to bring to your notice that I am having Citibank IndianOil Credit card and on 25.05.18 at 09.54am I was sitting in my office and started receiving sms for transactions for Rs 117.30 (Freelancer.co.uk), Rs 4000.00, Rs 9000.00, 9000.00 and Rs 5000.00 ( Facebk Ads.fx). I felt very surprise to see these transactions as I was having credit card in my hand and all these transactions have been done without any OTP on registered mobile number or any transaction password. Then I realized that I have been cheated by fraudulent/unauthorized transactions. I quickly called customer care of Citibank and informed that such type of transactions has held just now and kindly block my card and re-issue the same. I have also lodge a police complain online at Delhi Police cyber cell complain at South West District and they have also provided me the Unique Reference Number on my complaint. Still I dont know what else to do kindly advice.
