I got a call from SBI Credit Card agent to redeem reward points. He asked for card number and valid thru date for verification purpose, then loaded his PayZapp wallet with two transactions of Rs. 4980 without entering CVV number. I contact him twice on 8287303338(number given by him during the call) for amount deducted from my card.
