Freelancer — refund my money and unpaid for my work

I worked as a freelancer (Typing work) 25 pages which i have to complete within 4 days. I deposited rs.1500 through oxigen wallet. But they cheat on me. Atleast i asked them to refund my money but there was no response. To my fullest effort i completed my work. But they cheated on me. The maild of him was:stephaniedcosta71@gmail.com. And i will let you know his mobile numb: (+918826476031) when i deposited money in his oxigen wallet through this number.

Please i kindly request you to take immediate action on him and make people beware of this frauds.
The statement which i have given above is true. And kindly take some steps
