We placed an order for juicer mixer..after the completion of the delivery process. We got wrong product in the box then we decided to call the customer care to inform to replace the product and refund of money. We call on the customer care Service contact number which was giving on internet I.e +916294908423 . The person who was on the call was faking himself as a customer care employee of Snapdeal.. He asked for our ATM card details .we gave him card number , Cvv, and expiry date of the card . But we refused to give him one time password.. After we saw the message on registered mobile number. He was trying to withdraw the amount of 19237 rupees front our account.. Plz take the serious action about it because our all account details was leaked to that fake employee .. Plz do something before he do anything wrong from our account and misuse it. And withdraw money...
