Dear Team, This is to bring to your notice that the above mentioned company has contacted me with a breach of contract notice through SMS. Their law firm has sent the message through an automated system. The company or any person from thereof hasn't contacted me earlier regarding the same. This is the very first time I got any notification and that to as a waning. The assigned task cannot be completed whatsoever in the stipulated time. I had a verbal surety by an employee on behalf of the company,that if required extra time would be alloted. I had dropped them an email regarding the same before completion and there was no reply from their end. This breach of contract notice is a mental harassment tatics from the company's side. I did not receive any documents stating the facts that I was under contract according to Indian laws. They are now telling me to clear the dues without even stating the amount or any negotiations thereof. Please do the needful and sort this matter at the earliest.
