Dear Sir,

My daughter Megha Bhattacharjee had picked up an online freelancing data entry job which required filling up 600 CVs on the portal of jobseachnet,in in 7 days time. She had sent out her signature to the portal while registering with them. Later she received an agreement from the portal which mentioned a penalty of Rs. 5000 in case of non-completion of work or inaccurate data entry.

Megha is not able to complete the contract as her eyes are getting heavily stressed with the continuous computer work. She mentioned the same to the portal and she has started receiving calls and mails from them saying she has to pay the penalty or has to face a court case. She is extremely upset and worried about this. 

Requesting your help so that my daughter can come out of this situation.
