Hi, Today dated 7-11-2017, from my Hdfc credit card 3 unknown transactions are happend from ITUNES Combill for rupees 76/-, 76/- and 800/-. Out of which first two transactions got revised immediately but not the third one. I got a phone call from my Hdfc bank but I could not answer that call. Later I got SMS from Hdfc bank stating your card is blocked then I contacted Hdfc phone banking to complaint the issue. The phone banking person told that their backend team tried reaching me to get confirmation about recent transactions, since I did not answed the call they blocked my card. He told there is another transaction attempt done for 1500/- from the same ITUNES Combill. He told the backend team whill contact me again. I am not sure who is doing this and what to complain about this local police by this platform....
