Hedisy loan fraud

7 days ago I took a loan from hedisy loan app amounting Rs 5000 from which they gave me 2750 on my account...today I paid them 2250 and 2750.when I entered their app and chose repayment option they guided me to a page where they gave a upi I'd in which I have repay and after payment I have to give them ref number. I paid 2250 first and then 2750 at same UPI and provided them ref number. After half an hour one guy WhatsApp me telling to repay I told him I already paid he again WhatsApp me to give the screenshots of the payment, I took the screenshots and gave him. After sometime the guy again WhatsApp me telling to pay further 2250 otherwise the loan will not be closed, I asked him why he told me that I was late to to provide them utr and demanded 2250 again. I dont know what to do he is still saying till now to repay which I already paid. Please do the needful. Thanking you Yours faithfully Chayan BANERJEE

Dear Chayan,

Please share the phone numbers or email address that you have of theirs, so that we can escalate it to the Cyber Cell in Delhi. We will be able to track and shut down their servers and get the exact location of their operation. In future, please refrain from acquiring loans from such apps.

Hi! 

Facing the same issue, they have not mentioned about the interest rate or processing charge before taking the loan and havent even updated us after taking the loan as on what the deductions are for and what interest rate are they going to charge. 

I have written them a mail immediately after processing the loan without my approval on interest rate to give a breakdown or take it back but they haven't replied back in regards to that or anything. 

Please let me know what to do.

Hi....i am facing same issue with hedisy loan....i am taking loan from hedisy loan on 7th april company lend me 3300 and return 6000 and i pay 2700 and 2250 and they call again and again to make payment of 6000 they do'nt update the payments and call me from differnet numbers and using abusing language this company is fraud.......please help us and show some guidance to report a crime or legal action against them i have recordings and screenshots of them...

Same issue for me also, harrasment call and threatening from different numbers.. I have only checked my eligibility they transferred rs.3850 asked for paying rs7000, i payed 3150
