On 25 august I made a payment of  rs 796.47 through a link received by sms on my regd mobile number towards refill of hpcl gas cylinder. On 13 sept, the delivery boy came to deliver the cylinder and asked for cash. When i told that the payment is already made online, he told that he would check with the distributor. The distributor told that the amount is not credited to their account, though the amount is debited vide my credit card.

I had to pay the amount once again to the delivery boy. Kindly let me know how to proceed to get the amount.
