Today around 1.pm I was on my to home at garibachawada dombivli w, just then three ladies around the age approx 50 yrs. with green coloured uniform introduced themselves as kdmc workers & requested to handover my mobile for making a call as there was no charge in their mobile. On humanitarian grounds I handed over my mobile. They made a call & checked their mob & returned it back to me. After a while I found msg mentioning an unique code no. I searched for them but they vanished.
