Hypermarkt Kart FRAUD - cheated Rs 3368 based on TOI Advertisement

There was big advertisement in Times of India for Hyper Market Kart Online 50% Sale.

Base on that I have done a purchase of Rs 6736 with 50% discount  on 12th Sep 2017.

Paid Rs 3368 through ICICI Bank online payment.

This is a Fraud App. Their email and phone nos are not reachable.  Kindly help!!!

Even I have being cheated by them if we complaint them in police might some action can be taken.

No we will never get any response from anyone in this country. Neither from the consumer forum nor from the cybercrime department because our system is a total flopped system which never acts instantly but will wait for something else to happen. Thousands and lakhs of people are looted by this silly app and so many complaints are filed but no actions are taken. Being a cheated customer we have no other option than to give away our tries and sit quietly looking for a miracle to happen.
