I got a froude call of a online shopping company.

I got a call from him, they call me and tell they chooses me from all online customers who can shop online. They gift 10 customers and me. They tell me to buy a product of price 3000 rs in its shopping site but the site not open then they say me to choose any product of prise 3000rs and they book that product in its company with prize. I choose a product of 3660rs. And pay through online or e wallet. I pay him by paytm e wallet. They tell me for they can deliver the product after 5 working day. But i not got the product. I call him but they are say me i have to pay 9360 rs for gst i give him from paytm. They say me this amount is refundable and i give him my account no. For refund. But i not get it back. Next day i tell him. They say me that i have to pay more for the warranty card of amount 10500 rs . I try to cancel the order but they tell me that if i cancel the order all amount i pay is go in charity. So i pay him of amount of rs 10500 rs. They tell me after all process the amount 19850 rs are refund me in 3 hours. But i cant get it. Next day i call him then they tell me all process are done and product is send for delivery but again i have to pay amount of 6500 rs for delivery charge online one the spot. Finally i decided that to cancel order and complint against it.
