I got a message like this today morning..What does that mean.please tell. is this some fraud?

Got the same just now. Hi [Mobile] Your loan request no xxx78787 is approved. Rs 470000 is successfully credited to our loan account xxx435635. Verify now - nxm1.in/Tk/AMf adzasia
