I have ordered online with the above company after paying Rs199 for a pendrive.But they cheated me without sending the product tillnow.Now they have disappeared after cheating me. Please suitable action against them atleast not to trap any more persons in future.

I had ordered pen-drive online with the above company on 1st Nov 2022 after paying Rs199. But they cheated me without sending the product till now. Moreover there was no communication on the product delivery as well as order placement. Now they have disappeared after cheating me. Requesting all to note this and not to get trap with such fraudsters.
