I received an email from indiashops.info@gmail.com stating: Dear customer If you buy any product with the cost of 3000 Rupees then you will received an assured gift from the following. 1. IPhone 5s ( 32 GB ) 2. Dell /Hp (I3 Processor Laptop) 3.18 carat gold Plated jewelry set 4. Samsung / Sony (32 "inch LED TV) Helpline number: 01206564553, 01206900314 I also got a call from lndiashopshere. They had all my information (Name, address, my last paytm purchase etc.)They said I am one of 10 selected customers of Paytm and will get an assured gift if I make a purchase of minimum rupees 3000 from their website. They are giving this offer just to promote their website and its a collaboration with Paytm. And I can select any product from their website and pay through e wallet or online transfer. So I choose a product of rupees 3800 from their website and pay through Paytm on 9899862934 which is registered as Indianshopping. They confirm my address and pincode and say that the product will be delivered to my address within 5 working days. But then I get another call from their accounts department saying that I have to pay GST amount rs.9360 before shipping which will be refunded. But I said them I cannot pay it and requested to just send my product without gift or cancel my order. They said it's not possible. Then I get another call saying my order is with TrackOn courier and i need to pay shipping amount rs.3129 which will be refunded and your product and gift will be delivered within 3 working days. And u will get shipping details within 3 hours. I paid the shipping amount through Paytm on BANK NAME-KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK A/C NUMBER -7012396664 IFSC CODE-KKBK0000203 ,HOLDER NAME-INDIASHOPPS Since then they are not responding to my calls and I have not received any product or gift. The caller claimed that their office location is New Delhi, Mayur Vihar, Phase 3. which is a fake address. Since the caller had all my information including my address so I made the purchase but felt cheated. I have registered a complaint with Paytm about it.
