I had placed the order for iPhone 6s Plus Rose gold. I had paid through my credit card. eBay usually deal through the seller. Goutam infotech is the eBay registered seller. The seller offered me discounted price if pay directly to his account. I have paid initially some amount. Then the seller has created different scenarios. Then I keep on transferring the amount by differed payment through his bank account and Paytm numbers. The total amount I have paid Rs 80,000/-. All these transactions and conversations were done through eBay. The seller is not responding cheated me Rs 80K. I had given a complaint to eBay customer care but eBay is not assuring me to get refund. Please help me to get back my money.

I also had the same experience ... found the seller name goutam infotech on eBay and he told he would give extra discount offer if ordered directly from him... he then gave me his details for transaction, paytm numbers and bank account for neft... these are those account details and the mail which I have been contacting them. Now there has been no reply.. after some months he looted my money I saw his number on whatsapp and I contacted him and he said he would repay and after there was no sign of him.

i paid him 49k for iPhone 7plus128gb in several transactions..37k was the starting price. He asked me to pay half first and the other half when I receive the product. He then told me about some packing errors, item has been misplaced, also it was the time when the notes were demontised ..
