It's about KoKo loan app.

I have downloaded the app and saw there was 6000rs loan available which i required at the moment of time. I registered but I didn't recieve any money from them. They have only added it and sending me messages on WhatsApp asking me to pay 6000rs loan I took from them. The message is down below:-

And after a while of this message I recieved another message. First I thought I would have received money from them without my consent. But I checked my bank statements i haven't received any money.
