I bought a item from Snapdeal on dt. 18.11.2017. Snapdeal sent me the other different item on 24.11.17. Now I have registered my return request on same day but nobody come to pick up the item and Snapdeal not refunded my item amount. Snapdeal showing me the msg that attempted failed how ever my family members are always present at home but nobody come there to pick up the item. Snapdeal delaying the returning period as per rules and not interested to return my amount. Please take a hard action about the complaint.
